Who we are - successful in real estate marketing since 2003

My name ist Wolfgang Oskar Schuhmann and together with Katja Herrle I am the owner of a Munich based advertising company. Since 2003 we concentrated our business in real estate marketing. We do not sell personally - we do anything to make the real estate being sold as quickly as possible. Therefore we have all disciplines inhouse: Branding, wording, graphics, fotography, high-end 3D, programming, film and many more.

Why are these guys offering their service in Pipa?

In 1995/1996 I studied economics for a year in Joao Pessoa, close to Pipa, preparing my master work about the "Plano Real" (combat against inflation). So I know the northeast and also Pipa since 1995 very well and speak portugues fluently. Pipa became our second home some years ago, our second place to be beside Munich. It was our dream to start a business in this paradise - to bring the quality of our work to the northeastern real estate market. For now we are spending part of the year in Pipa, especially in high-season and most of the year in Munich and Germany. Besides Portuguese I speak English, French and some Spanish.
